Sexual misconduct policies
WSU's Sexual Harassment, Sexual Assault and Non-Discrimination/Affirmative Action policies apply to all members of the University community.
Consistent with the requirements of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, it is the policy of Wayne State University to not discriminate on the basis of sex in the education programs and activities that it operates. Discrimination on the basis of sex includes sexual and gender-based harassment, sexual assault, relationship or intimate partner violence, stalking and retaliation.
