Sexual Misconduct Policy and Procedures

Effective August 14, 2020 the Interim Title IX Sexual Misconduct Policy and Procedures apply to all members of the University community in compliance with the requirements of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (2020). Sexual misconduct under this policy is sex discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation that may violate Title IX.

Non-Discrimination Statement

WSU does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its education programs, or activities, and is precluded from engaging in such discrimination by Title IX and its implementing regulations, 34 CFR Part 106. This prohibition also extends to the University's admission and employment processes.
